Worst customer service EVER.

I spent money on coins in the app and didnt get the right amount of followers. I emailed and asked about it and got a prompt response that I would be reimbursed in the next 6 hours. I never got any coins or money back. I sent more emails inquiring about my refund and no one would answer me. I kept contacting them asking about it, then one day out of the blue when I went to log in to see if I ever got my refund I saw that I was BLOCKED FROM THE APP COMPLETELY with absolutely no explanation or apology from anyone. Im going to have to contact Apple to get my money back since NO ONE WILL ANSWER ME. Worst excuse for customer service Ive ever encountered. Dont waste any time or money on these stupid sacks of crap.
